I think that if Microsoft can’t get a Blu-ray player, they should still go with HD DVDs. The HD DVD player on the 720 would still be able to play standard DVDs, just like the 360 can, and they will be able to put more data on each disk. Other things won’t be able to read these HD DVDs, but nothing else can read 360 disks anyways, so it’s not like it matters.

The future in the 360 games are quite short because limited to compete with sonys bluray theyll need larger disc storage to the future in this economy period right now think the main thing about 360 lifespan depends on your console falcon or later would probably last 10 years or 2012 and the future.
