If I get a 1 month membership ( 720 Hours ) Lets just say I play 1 hour (719 Hours ) and turn off my xbox 360 will it still be the same. Is there like a time limit on top of the dashboard and says 719 Hours ?

No it will not.If you buy a 1 month card it will expire 30 days after you activate it no matter how much you play.

The time you activate it till month exactly from activation example dec at 1245 till month exactly from activation example dec at 1245 till jan at 1245 till month card works from the time you activate it till month card works from activation example dec at 1245 till jan.
